Argentina to Bhutan visa requirements

Argentine ordinary passport holders need a visa for Bhutan. It is obtained as an eVisa applied for online (or by a licensed tour operator/hotel on your behalf) before travel. There is a one-time US$40 visa application fee, plus the mandatory Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of US$100 per person per night. Bhutan is not visa-free for Argentina. Every nationality except India, Bangladesh and the Maldives must hold a visa before travelling, and Argentina is not among the exempt countries. The visa is single-entry, typically issued for the duration of the paid stay (validity commonly stated as up to six months from intended entry), and processing is officially within five working days. Bhutan is in South Asia and is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travelers can apply independently online or have a licensed Bhutanese tour operator or hotel handle the application; the SDF is required regardless and cannot be waived.
