UAE ordinary passport holders can travel to Uruguay visa-free for tourism and stay up to 90 days, extendable by a further 90 days. No advance visa, eVisa or ETA is required. United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for short tourist visits to Uruguay. Uruguay is in South America and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS do not apply. At the border, travelers receive tourist admission for the period granted by immigration, commonly up to 90 days; do not assume a fresh 90-day reset from repeated short exits without immigration discretion. No eVisa, ETA, or online pre-authorization is required for visa-free visitors. Standard documents are a valid passport in good condition, return/onward travel if requested, sufficient funds, and accommodation or host details.
