🇦🇪United Arab Emirates🇵🇰PakistanAE-PK United Arab Emirates to Pakistan visa requirements
UAE ordinary passport holders can travel to Pakistan visa-free for tourism or business for up to 90 days. No visa, eVisa, or Electronic Travel Authorization is required before departure under Pakistan's official GCC citizen exemption. Emirati (UAE) ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Pakistan for tourism and business under a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) exemption announced by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 12 September 2024. GCC citizens, including UAE citizens, are not required to apply for Electronic Travel Authorization or a visa through the Pakistan Online Visa System for business or tourism, and may stay in Pakistan up to 90 days. This exemption is country-of-citizenship based: it applies to holders of UAE national passports, not to foreign nationals merely residing in the UAE. Pakistan's official GCC exemption remains in force as of 19 June 2026, and UAE MoFA also lists Pakistan as visa-free for UAE normal passport holders with tourism stays of 90 days. Travelers should carry a passport valid at least six months beyond arrival and be ready to show proof of accommodation and onward/return travel. Pakistan is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 short-stay rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route.
