Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit Philippines?

No visa needed. UAE ordinary passport holders can enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holders are granted visa-free entry to the Philippines for tourism and business under Executive Order No. 408, the country's long-standing visa-waiver framework administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Bureau of Immigration. On arrival, Emirati nationals receive an admission stamp valid for an initial stay of 30 days. To qualify, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay and the traveler must hold a confirmed return or onward ticket. No advance application, eVisa, or fee is required to enter. Travelers who wish to stay longer can extend at any Bureau of Immigration office — visa-exempt visitors may extend in increments up to a maximum total stay of two years, with the first extension adding 29 days. Note: the visa-free privilege attaches to the UAE passport itself; foreign residents of the UAE who do not hold an Emirati passport follow a different (eVisa) route.
