United Arab Emirates to Guinea visa requirements

UAE ordinary passport holders should use Guinea's official PAF online visa process before traveling. UAE MoFA lists normal UAE passports as visa on arrival for Guinea and a 90-day tourism stay, while the PAF portal and U.S. State guidance say travellers should apply online first, receive an Entry Visa Letter, then finalize the visa at the arrival counter. The tourist eVisa costs USD 80, allows a stay under 90 days, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. A United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holder is not visa-free for Guinea. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs' current Guinea travel page lists normal passports as Visa On Arrival, gives tourism as 90 days, and links travellers to Guinea's PAF visa portal. The 2018 UAE MoFA announcement also says ordinary Emirati passport holders can obtain a visa upon arrival. However, Guinea's own Border Police (PAF/DCPAF) portal and the U.S. State Department travel requirements both direct travellers to apply online before travel: submit the application, pay the fee, receive an Entry Visa Letter by email after approval, then complete biometric capture and final visa issuance at the visa-on-arrival counter in Conakry. This final airport step is not the same as traveling with no pre-approval. The conservative guidance is therefore to secure the official PAF eVisa/Entry Visa Letter before departure even though the final sticker is issued at the arrival counter. Passport validity of at least 6 months beyond arrival, one blank page, a return/onward ticket, accommodation proof, sufficient funds, and a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate should be carried.
