Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit CG?
UAE ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville). Obtain a tourist visa in advance from a Congolese diplomatic mission or an authorised visa service before you travel. A United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holder traveling to the Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville, CG) for tourism is, conservatively, visa-required and should obtain a tourist visa before departure. The U.S. State Department states a visa must be obtained before traveling, and Maya-Maya International Airport in Brazzaville lists only a small set of (mostly West/North African) nationalities for visa on arrival — the UAE is not among them. Wikipedia's visa-policy summary does list the UAE for visa on arrival (effective 9 October 2018), but because this conflicts with the destination's own airport guidance and the State Department, and because Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville) is frequently confused with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa, which has a separate e-visa), the safe course for a real traveler is to secure a visa in advance. The Congo does not currently operate a reliable, broadly available online e-visa for ordinary tourists; applications are made through Congolese embassies/consulates or accredited visa agencies. From the UAE, agencies process the visa for roughly AED 2,200 (including service fee) in about 4-5 working days. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Note: the Republic of the Congo is in Central Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.

For guidance only — visa rules change with little notice. Always confirm directly with the destination's embassy or foreign ministry before booking non-refundable travel. Information here applies to ordinary (non-diplomatic) passports unless noted.
