Andorra to South Africa visa requirements

No visa required. Andorran ordinary passport holders can enter South Africa visa-free for tourism or business for up to 90 days per visit. A visitor's visa-exemption stamp is granted free on arrival, provided you hold a passport valid at least 30 days beyond your intended departure with at least two blank pages, a return/onward ticket, and proof of sufficient funds. South Africa's ETA/online short-term visitor visa route is for eligible visa-required countries, not an optional step for visa-exempt Andorrans. As of mid-2026, the Principality of Andorra appears on South Africa's official visa-exemption list for ordinary, official, and diplomatic passport holders, with a maximum visa-free stay of 90 days. On arrival at a South African port of entry, an Andorran ordinary passport holder is issued a visitor's visa exemption (a port-of-entry stamp) at no cost. South Africa is phasing in an Electronic Travel Authorisation / online short-term visitor visa route for eligible visa-required countries; the official ETA portal describes it as a digital authorisation for prospective travelers from eligible visa-required countries, and the South African Embassy in Paris currently names India, Indonesia, Mexico, and China as nationalities required to apply online. Andorra is visa-exempt, so this ETA route is not a requirement or optional fast-track for ordinary Andorran tourists. South Africa is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. To stay beyond 90 days or for purposes other than tourism/business, a visa or relevant permit must be obtained in advance.
