Andorra to Uganda visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders need a visa for Uganda and must apply online for an eVisa before travel. The standard single-entry tourist eVisa costs USD 50, permits a stay of up to 90 days, and requires a passport valid for at least 6 months. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Uganda is not visa-free for Andorran ordinary passport holders. Uganda's official visa-exempt country list does not include Andorra, so Andorran visitors are visa-prone and must use the Government of Uganda online eVisa system before travel. The Uganda Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control states that visa-prone travellers must apply online, pay online, and have a travel authorization or visa approval letter before travelling because visas are not issued on arrival. For tourism, the relevant product is the single-entry Tourist Visa: it is granted for up to 3 months, the approval authorization is valid for 90 days from approval, and the fee is USD 50 plus any bank/card charge. Official guidance says decisions are normally made within 2 to 3 working days, but applicants are advised to submit at least 10 days before the intended travel date. Required documents include a passport bio-data page with at least 6 months validity, a recent passport-size photo, tour plan or itinerary, travel booking, and accommodation or host address. Yellow fever vaccination evidence is required in the visa workflow and, separately, CDC country-entry guidance says a yellow fever vaccine is required for all arriving travellers aged 1 year or over. Travellers combining Uganda with Kenya and Rwanda can instead consider the East African Tourist Visa, which costs USD 100, is valid for 90 days, allows travel only among Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda, and should be issued by the first country of entry. The approval letter does not itself guarantee admission; border officers may still check the passport, documents, biometrics, payment receipts, yellow fever certificate, funds, and purpose of travel.
