Andorra to Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders can visit Taiwan visa-free for up to 90 days for tourism. No visa or fee is required — just a valid passport, onward/return ticket, and the free online Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) completed before arrival. Andorra is on Taiwan's visa-exemption list, so holders of an ordinary Andorran passport may enter Taiwan for tourism or short visits without applying for a visa in advance and stay up to 90 days. The stay is counted from the day after arrival and cannot be extended beyond 90 days. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry and present a confirmed onward/return air or sea ticket with a seat reservation; Taiwan's BOCA page limits the extra proof-of-accommodation, host-contact and sufficient-funds requirement to Brunei, Philippines and Thailand passport holders, not Andorran passport holders. Taiwan has replaced the old paper arrival card with the mandatory, free Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC). BOCA still advises completing the online arrival card within three days before arrival, while the official TWAC user manual says the system accepts submissions up to seven days before entry; completing it within three days before arrival satisfies both official instructions. There is no electronic travel authorization (ETA), eVisa, or visa-on-arrival step in this channel — entry is genuinely visa-free for Andorran nationals. Taiwan is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply here. The 90-day count is specific to Taiwan and is separate from any time spent elsewhere.
