Andorra to Tajikistan visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders can travel to Tajikistan visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. No visa is required for short visits. As of 30 May 2026, citizens of Andorra holding an ordinary passport do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Tajikistan. Since 1 May 2024, Tajikistan grants visa-free entry of up to 30 days to nationals of a long list of countries that includes Andorra. Travelers simply arrive with a valid passport; no advance application or fee is required for stays within 30 days. Tajikistan is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. For stays longer than 30 days, or as a fallback, Andorrans are also eligible for Tajikistan's electronic visa (eVisa) via the official portal evisa.tj. Note one practical caveat: travel into the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), including the Pamir Highway east of Khorog, requires a separate, inexpensive GBAO permit regardless of visa status. A passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay. Always reconfirm the current rule with the airline or an official source before departure, as visa-free lists can change.
