Andorra to Somalia visa requirements
Andorran ordinary passport holders need a Somalia eVisa/eTAS before travel to federal Somalia. Somalia's official eTAS notice requires foreign passport holders to hold an eTA unless exempt, and Andorra is not listed for visa-free entry or visa on arrival. As of 20 June 2026, Andorran ordinary passport holders are not visa-free for federal Somalia and must obtain a Somalia eVisa/eTAS before traveling. Somali Civil Aviation Authority AIC A 10/2025 states that, with effect from 1 September 2025, all travelers holding foreign passports must possess a valid eTA to enter Somalia unless exempt. The same official notice lists visa-free entry for Rwanda and Malaysia and visa-on-arrival eligibility for Ethiopia, Burundi, Djibouti, Mauritania, Tanzania, Uganda, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, and Comoros; Andorra is not on either list. Applicants should use the official portal (evisa.gov.so / etas.gov.so), upload the requested passport and identity/travel documents, pay the applicable non-refundable online fee, and wait for approval by email before departure. Official public pages reviewed do not publish one stable current fee, guaranteed processing time, or universal sponsor-code rule, so travelers should follow the portal prompts and verify requirements directly before booking. Somaliland, including Hargeisa, operates a separate immigration system; the federal Somalia eVisa may be checked before boarding but is not valid for entry there.
