Andorra to Papua New Guinea visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders need an eVisa for Papua New Guinea. Andorra qualifies for the 60-day single-entry Easy Visitor Permit, applied for online through the PNG ICA eVisa portal before travel for roughly USD 50. A Andorra (AD) ordinary passport holder cannot enter Papua New Guinea visa-free and is not generally eligible for visa on arrival for a planned tourist trip; the correct and reliable route is the online eVisa known as the Easy Visitor Permit (EVP). Andorra is listed among the nationalities eligible for the 60-day EVP, a single-entry permit that must be obtained online through the PNG Immigration & Citizenship Authority (ICA) portal (evisa.ica.gov.pg) before departure. The online lodgement fee is USD 50 and, in most circumstances, ICA says visitor visas are issued for a single-entry stay of sixty (60) days from the date of arrival. The official eVisa permit text states no extension is allowed for this visa class, so travellers needing more than 60 days should arrange the correct visa before travel rather than relying on an in-country extension. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months and have a blank page for stamping. ICA may ask for evidence supporting the application, such as itinerary, return travel, accommodation or funds, but those items should not be presented as universally mandatory uploads unless the eVisa portal requests them. Processing is typically fast (often 1-2 days, with the official portal advising up to about 10 working days). Since 1 October 2025, PNG has also introduced a Digital Arrival Card that all travellers should complete in addition to holding a valid eVisa. Travellers should apply only through the official ICA portal and avoid third-party agent sites that charge service mark-ups. Papua New Guinea is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
