Andorra to New Zealand visa requirements

Andorran (AD) ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for tourism in New Zealand, but they must obtain an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) before travelling and pay the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL). Andorra is on New Zealand's visa-waiver list, so AD ordinary passport holders can visit for tourism for up to 3 months at a time (max 6 months in any 12-month period) without a visitor visa. However, since the NZeTA scheme became mandatory (October 2019), all visa-waiver nationals arriving by air or sea must hold an approved NZeTA before boarding. The NZeTA must be requested online or via the official mobile app and is electronically linked to the passport; it cannot be obtained on arrival. At the same time, travellers pay the NZD 100 International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL). On arrival, the traveller is granted a visitor visa on presentation of the passport, NZeTA confirmation and a completed New Zealand Traveller Declaration. The NZeTA is valid for 2 years (or until passport expiry) and allows multiple entries. Travellers must also show onward/return tickets, enough money for the stay, and meet health and character requirements. New Zealand is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
