Andorra to Namibia visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders need a visa for Namibia, but it is obtained through the Visa-on-Arrival / eVisa system rather than at an embassy. Since 1 April 2025 Namibia ended visa-free entry for most European and other Western nationals; Andorra is on the eligible list, so you apply online before travel (recommended) or pay on arrival. The fee is N$1,600 (approx. EUR 80-90) for non-African travellers, granting up to 90 days. Andorra is NOT on Namibia's short visa-exemption list (which is limited to ~22 mostly African, BRICS and SADC partner states). Following Namibia's reciprocity-driven policy change effective 1 April 2025, nationals of countries that do not grant Namibians visa-free access — including all EU states, the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Andorra — must now hold a visa. The practical channel is the Visa on Arrival (VOA), which Namibia also allows you to lodge online in advance via the official Ministry of Home Affairs e-Services portal (eservices.mhaiss.gov.na), marketed as an e-visa. The product is identical whether paid online or at the border: a short-stay visitor visa for tourism. For non-African nationals the fee is N$1,600 (about EUR 80-90 / US$90). The visa is typically issued for 30 days on entry, extendable up to a maximum stay of 90 days, and can be requested as multiple-entry. Applying online before departure (48-hour processing) is strongly recommended to avoid airport queues and the risk of payment/connectivity issues at the border. Passport must be valid 6 months beyond entry with at least 3 blank pages, and a return/onward ticket plus proof of funds and accommodation may be checked. Namibia is in Southern Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
