Andorra to Latvia visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Latvia. They can enter for tourism and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. Andorra is also exempt from ETIAS, so no advance travel authorization is required. Latvia is a member of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Andorra appears on the EU's Annex II list of countries whose nationals are exempt from the short-stay visa requirement, so Andorran ordinary passport holders may travel to Latvia visa-free for tourism, business, or family visits for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. This 90-day allowance is cumulative across ALL Schengen states, not Latvia alone. Andorra is exempt from ETIAS under official EU guidance, so Andorran citizens will not need it. Travelers must carry a passport issued within the previous 10 years and valid for at least three months after the intended departure from the EU/Schengen area, and be prepared to show proof of accommodation, sufficient funds, and onward/return travel if asked at the border.
