🇦🇩Andorra🇱🇹LithuaniaAD-LT Andorra to Lithuania visa requirements
Andorran ordinary passport holders can visit Lithuania visa-free for tourism or short visits for up to 90 days in any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. Andorrans are exempt from ETIAS and from EES registration, so no pre-travel EU authorization is needed. Lithuania is a member of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Lithuania's official MFA consular information lists Andorra among countries whose citizens do not require visas, and EU visa policy places visa-exempt nationals under the shared Schengen short-stay rule. An Andorran ordinary passport holder may therefore enter Lithuania without a visa for tourism, business meetings, family visits, or transit, provided the total stay in Lithuania plus all other Schengen states does not exceed 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. The traveler should hold a passport issued within the previous 10 years and valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure from the Schengen Area. Lithuania also says non-EU foreigners seeking entry must carry proof of medical insurance and sufficient financial resources, and border officers may ask for accommodation and onward or return travel details. ETIAS is expected to apply to many visa-exempt travelers once it starts, but official EU ETIAS guidance exempts nationals of Andorra, the Holy See, Ireland, Monaco, and San Marino. The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) became fully operational on 10 April 2026, but official EES guidance and Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 exclude nationals of Andorra, Monaco, and San Marino and Vatican/Holy See passport holders from EES registration. No visa, ETIAS fee, or EES enrollment is required for an eligible Andorran short-stay visitor.
