Andorra to Kenya visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders must obtain a Kenya Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before travel. Kenya's official exemption lists do not include Andorra, so the standard visitor route is the single-entry standard eTA, currently listed at USD 30. The eTA is valid for travel within 90 days from issuance; the permitted stay is decided by immigration at entry. Standard applications are generally processed within three business days/72 hours, but Kenya recommends applying at least two weeks before travel. Kenya's eTA system is operated by the Ministry of Interior and National Administration, State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services, Directorate of Immigration Services. Official guidance says all visitors, including infants and children, must have an approved eTA before travel unless they fall within a listed exemption. The current exemption list covers Kenya permanent residents and certain pass holders; East African Community partner-state citizens for stays not exceeding 180 days; a named group of countries for stays not exceeding 90 days; a named group of African countries for stays not exceeding 60 days; and specific transit, crew, official laissez-passer, diplomatic/service-passport and British-military categories. Andorra is not named in these ordinary-passport exemptions, so Andorran ordinary passport holders need an approved eTA before boarding. The standard eTA allows one entry and is listed at USD 30; urgent/expedited processing is an optional add-on of USD 100. Kenya says the eTA is valid for travel within 90 days from issuance, but the duration of stay is determined at the point of entry. If a visitor needs more time in Kenya, the Directorate of Immigration says a visitor's pass may be extended, on application, up to a maximum of six months. Applicants should use the official etakenya.go.ke portal or Kenya Travel Authorisation app only, prepare a passport valid for at least six months after planned arrival with one blank page, a selfie or passport-style photo, contact details, arrival/departure itinerary, accommodation confirmation and payment method. Kenya says applications are generally processed within three business days/72 hours, may take longer, and should ideally be submitted at least two weeks before travel. A yellow fever certificate is required when arriving from yellow-fever-endemic countries.
