Andorra to Jamaica visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders are NOT visa-exempt for Jamaica. The official Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs country listing classifies Andorra as "YES - poe": a visa is required and is issued at the Port of Entry for a US$100 fee. In practice this is a visa on arrival. Jamaica does not grant visa-free entry to Andorran citizens. Both the Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Trade country listing and the Embassy of Jamaica visa listing record Andorra as "YES - poe", meaning a visa is required but is issued at the Port of Entry rather than obtained in advance. Eligible POE nationals pay US$100 on arrival; travellers who would need a prior visa but arrive without one are charged US$350. Admission and the permitted length of stay are decided by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry, typically up to 30 days for tourists, extendable at the local immigration office. Some secondary aggregators (e.g. Wikipedia) list Andorra as "visa not required / 90 days", but this conflicts with the authoritative Jamaican government source, so the conservative and accurate classification is visa on arrival. Travellers must also hold a passport valid for the duration of stay, a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds. Separately, Jamaica Customs says that effective 1 September 2023 all arriving passengers must complete the free online Immigration/Customs (C5) declaration, and Visit Jamaica says it can be completed up to 30 days before travel. This is not a visa. No eVisa or ETA scheme applies to Andorrans for tourism.
