Andorra to Croatia visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders can travel to Croatia visa-free for tourism and short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Croatia has been a full Schengen member since 1 January 2023, and Andorran citizens are also exempt from the upcoming ETIAS authorization. Croatia joined the Schengen Area on 1 January 2023, so the Schengen short-stay rules apply. Andorra is listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, so Andorran ordinary passport holders are visa-exempt for the Schengen Area and may stay up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period for tourism, business, family visits or transit. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required. The official EU ETIAS guidance exempts nationals of Andorra, San Marino, Monaco and holders of Vatican City State or Holy See passports from ETIAS, so Andorran travelers will not need ETIAS even after it becomes mandatory for most other visa-exempt nationals. The official EES exemption guidance also states that nationals of Andorra, Monaco and San Marino and Vatican/Holy See passport holders are outside EES scope, so Andorran travelers should not be described as needing EES registration or a routine EES-replacing passport stamp. Travelers must hold a valid passport (valid at least 3 months beyond intended departure from Schengen, issued within the last 10 years) and may be asked at the border for proof of sufficient funds, accommodation, and onward/return travel. The 90/180 limit is cumulative across the entire Schengen Area, not Croatia alone.
