Andorra to Finland visa requirements
No visa needed. Finland's Ministry for Foreign Affairs lists Andorra as visa-free to the Schengen Area and Finland, so Andorran ordinary passport holders can visit for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa, ETIAS, or EES registration. Finland is a Schengen Area member state, and Finland's Ministry for Foreign Affairs lists Andorra as 'Visa free to Schengen area and Finland' for accepted Andorran ordinary and diplomatic passports. The Ministry also states that visa-free travellers may stay in Finland or another Schengen state for 90 days in any 180-day period, and that the travel document must be valid for at least 90 days after the intended departure from Schengen and have been issued no later than ten years ago. EUR-Lex Regulation (EU) 2018/1806 confirms the Schengen Annex II visa-exemption basis for Andorran nationals. For a short tourist, family, business, or transit visit, an Andorran ordinary passport holder may therefore stay in Finland and the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period; the allowance is shared across Schengen countries, not per country. ETIAS is not yet operational and is expected in the last quarter of 2026, but official Schengen guidance says nationals of Andorra are not affected by ETIAS. The EES has been progressively implemented since 12 October 2025 and fully operational from 10 April 2026, but Andorran nationals are explicitly exempt from EES registration. No visa application, ETIAS application, EES registration, entry fee, or processing time applies for a short Andorran tourist stay.
