Andorra to Cameroon visa requirements

Andorran ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Cameroon for tourism, obtained through the official Cameroon eVisa portal (evisacam.cm). Cameroon is not in the Schengen area. The eVisa is a hybrid system: you apply and pay online, receive an online authorization with a QR code by email, then finalize the visa via biometric enrollment and printing at the airport/border post or a Cameroonian diplomatic mission before or upon entry. A AD (Andorran) ordinary passport holder traveling to Cameroon (CM) for tourism or a short visit requires a visa. Andorra is not on Cameroon's visa-exemption list, and there is no visa-waiver or visa-free channel for short tourist stays. Since 2023 Cameroon operates a mandatory electronic visa system through the official portal at evisacam.cm, replacing the old paper consular and on-arrival processes. The system is hybrid: the applicant completes the online form, pays online, and receives an online visa authorization carrying a QR code by email. The visa is then finalized through biometric enrollment (fingerprints, photo) and printing of the sticker at the port of entry (international airports such as Douala and Yaounde-Nsimalen) or at a Cameroonian diplomatic mission. The short-stay tourist visa permits stays up to 180 days, with a fee of approximately EUR 153 (normal, ~72-hour processing) or EUR 229 (express, ~24-hour processing). Applications should be submitted at least 10 days before travel and no more than 6 months in advance. A passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages, a yellow fever vaccination certificate, return/onward ticket, and proof of accommodation are required. Cameroon is not a Schengen state, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. Because no no-visa channel can be confirmed for Andorran nationals, the verdict is eVisa (visa required, obtained electronically).
