Andorra to Belgium visa requirements
Andorran ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Belgium. They can enter visa-free for tourism and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. Andorran nationals are also exempt from ETIAS and from EES registration, but Belgian short-stay address declaration rules still apply. Belgium is a member of the Schengen Area, and Andorra is listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, so Andorran ordinary passport holders are exempt from the Schengen short-stay visa requirement. They may travel to Belgium for tourism, family visits, business or transit without a visa for a maximum of 90 days in any rolling 180-day period, counted cumulatively across all Schengen states. The passport should be issued within the previous 10 years and remain valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure from the EU/Schengen area. ETIAS is expected in the last quarter of 2026 for many visa-exempt travellers, but official EU/Member State guidance states that nationals of Andorra are not affected by ETIAS. The Entry/Exit System (EES) became fully operational on 10 April 2026 for many non-EU/non-Schengen short-stay travellers, but it also does not apply to nationals of Andorra. Belgium introduced online short-stay address declaration through My Address in Belgium (MAB) from 10 April 2026; Belgian guidance says short-stay visitors should declare their presence within 3 days of arrival, while the Immigration Office notes specific lodging/exemption rules. To stay beyond 90/180 days or to work/study, a Belgian long-stay (type D) national visa or residence permit is required.
