Andorra to Angola visa requirements

Angola's government notice says tourist visa decisions through missions or the SME portal are made within up to three working days. CDC states Angola requires yellow fever vaccination for all arriving travelers aged 9 months or older, so do not treat it as only conditional on transit through another country.
